General Policy Statement
At Taba Creation, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the return and refund process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- To be accepted, returned goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain items, such as those marked ‘Final Sale’ or customized orders, may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, some product categories (such as masks or jewelry) may be excluded from returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@tabacreation.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
- Customers are kindly asked to carefully package the item(s) to avoid damage during return transit.
Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned items and confirm they are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
- If you requested an exchange, shipment of the replacement item will follow the same timelines as a standard order.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Taba Creation will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons (such as change of mind or sizing), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Please refer to individual product descriptions for any exceptions to our standard return policy.
- Gift cards, perishable goods, or customized products may not be returned or refunded except as required by law.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly notify us with supporting photographs within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.
